COVID-19 Update
UPDATE--DECEMBER 31, 2020:
I will no longer be offering in-person fitness training, or nutritional consulting services. All fitness training, coaching and nutritional consulting sessions will now be delivered virtually. Upon booking an appointment you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a Zoom link. All virtual fitness training sessions will be 45 minutes in length.

MARCH 17, 2020-- The Government of BC has declared a public health emergency. To comply with their social-distancing requirements, I won’t be offering in-person fitness training or nutrition consulting sessions at the gym or the clinic for the foreseeable future.

NUTRITION, dnaPower & Emotional Eating Recovery Program
Fortunately, I’m able to do much of my consulting work from a distance. Specifically, I’ll be offering virtual nutrition consulting, dnaPower testing and the Emotional Eating Recovery Program. I’ve been doing online consulting for a number of years and find it’s equally as effective as in-person sessions.

HOW REMOTE SESSIONS WORK
You would join the session using your computer, mobile device, or phone by clicking on the link provided in your booking confirmation e-mail. You may need to enter the meeting ID and the password which I will provide to you. The appointment would be conducted in the same manner as an in-person session.

The free Zoom app allows you to connect to the session using your computer or mobile device. To make it as much like an in-person session as possible, I recommend that you turn on Zoom’s video-conferencing feature so that we can see each other.
