ATTENTION: My 1:1 Virtual Personal Fitness Training Waitlist is now FULL. At this time I will not be accepting new clients in 2022. I am still accepting clients for coaching services only (not fitness). Please only book a discovery call if you are interested in private intuitive eating coaching or the Emotional Eating Recovery Group Coaching Program. __ The purpose of the discovery call is to find out if we are the right fit for each other. Starting a personal health journey can feel intimidating! Our goal is to take the intimidation factor out of the equation and make you feel comfortable as quickly as possible. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THE DISCOVERY CALL? 1. Getting to Know You—Upon booking this appointment, you will be sent a consultation form link via e-mail to fill out. Please have this completed before your discovery call. During our call, any questions I have regarding your goals or your health status will be clarified. 2. Discuss Packages & Payment Options—I'll explain the different services we offer and recommend the best match for you. 3. Q+A: Answer any questions or concerns you have about starting any of our offerings. 4. Get Started -- There is no pressure to commit at this time but if you're ready to get started, an invoice will be created for your package, appointments will be booked and you will be e-mailed a copy of our coaching agreements to sign. The information we discuss during the discovery call will help us learn about your motivation and discover your goals. This will allow us to develop the best wellness program based on your individual goals and budget. **Please note: This appointment is intended to help you learn more about available services and whether they are the right fit for you. Personalized workout plans and specific recommendations will not be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or no-show appointment leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will forfeit their appointment without reimbursement.
