Your body is unique and should be celebrated with exercise that feels good and is progressive towards your individual health goals. Like most people, it's likely that in the past you've gone back and forth between intense, exhaustive exercise to no exercise at all. That all or nothing approach is not going to bring sustainable results but rather make you feel tired and frustrated.
A well round exercise program should be enjoyable, energizing and produce results. The Emotional Eating Recovery Program is a 3 month coaching program designed to help you let go of chronic dieting, struggles with emotional eating, body shame, disordered eating behaviours, and other patterns that are getting in the way of living your best life.
