Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.

Together, let's deep dive into your health concerns and uncover any potential underlying imbalances that may be contributing to feeling unwell. Starting with an initial consultation, we will discuss your health history, present symptoms, dietary habits and environment, as well as your health concerns, goals and expectations. Your dietary and lifestyle needs will be assessed and a personalized protocol will be provided via e-mail within 48 hours.  Follow-up appointments are available for continued progress check-ins.

Virtual Personal Fitness Training

Your body is unique and should be celebrated with exercise that feels good and is progressive towards your individual health goals. Like most people, it's likely that in the past you've gone back and forth between intense, exhaustive exercise to no exercise at all. That all or nothing approach is not going to bring sustainable results but rather make you feel tired and frustrated. 

A well round exercise program should be enjoyable, energizing and produce results. I'll create a  fitness program that is designed just for you and together we will implement it through weekly motivational training sessions via Zoom that will help you build strength and confidence while learning to love your body.

Emotional Eating Recovery Program

The Emotional Eating Recovery Program is a 3 month coaching program designed to help you let go of chronic dieting, struggles with emotional eating, body shame, disordered eating behaviours, and other patterns that are getting in the way of living your best life. It is offered as both group coaching and 1-1 private coaching.

The foundation of the Emotional Eating Recovery Program is built on the 10 principles of intuitive eating. These principles will guide you through a process of understanding your relationship with food, getting back in touch with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues and learning trusting yourself around food again.
